The 60 day workout plan is meant to be a transformation program taking your from not fit to very fit…or if you started already fit, to extremely fit. If your goal is really to get in the best shape of your life, we recommend following the 60 day fitness plan from start to finish. That doesn’t mean you have to use the workouts that way of course. For folks interested in training for muscle gains or strength gains, we would recommend using tier 2 for 3 to 4 weeks. For overall fitness you can utilize tier 1 in the same way. If you were looking to shred up or even get ready for a pre-season sport you play, you can use tier 3 to accomplish this. Use the workouts as needed. They are there for you to use as you please. Try going through the full multi-tiered workout system first and then you can pick as needed or repeat the entire 60 day workout plan again if you like.
