RIPPEDISM workouts are only about 35 minutes long. RIPPEDISM was designed for most all levels of fitness. To make the workouts harder you can always increase the weight or pace. Most people who do the program do not make it through without hitting pause, or at least having to take a breather.
Stu and Jeff will constantly remind you that it is okay to pause, it is okay to slow down, it is okay to drop weight, and it is okay to do modified versions of the exercises. Further, many people take it as a personal challenge to go through all 60 days of RIPPEDISM without having to stop or modify any of the workouts or exercises!
