On occasion I will make these. Quite yummy and healthy as well. You can use any kind of protein powder, but I used sunwarrior plain. This makes about 8 nicely sized pancakes.
Recipe: 4 eggs 4 tablespoons flax meal 1 cut oats 1 banana 4 strawberries 1 cup blueberries 2 teaspoons baking soda 2 scoops sun warrior plain protein powder 1/2 cup Almond milk. Blend it all up. Cook at medium heat 2 mins per side. Add raw honey and some berries on top when done . Enjoy!
