Open the Safari menu.
Switch to the Autofill tab.
Click the Edit button for Usernames and Passwords.
Delete the entry that corresponds with the site you want to remove.
Or on mobile ios, go to settings / safari / autofill and uncheck “Names And Passwords” and clear your History/Website Data
